The automatic dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, mixer, metering pump, Y-type over-hour device, solenoid valve, check valve, pulse damper, liquid level switch, pressure gauge, control cabinet, installation platform and so on. The user only needs to request that the combined dosing device be installed in the dosing room. The dosing pipe is connected, the power supply is connected, and it can be started and put into operation. During the operation process, the pH of the liquid is automatically checked, and the phase reagent is intelligently judged and added.

The working principle:
By the principle of mechanical pulse action and stroke adjustment of the metering pump, the drug is added to the system. Automatic dosing is achieved through the following three control modes,
1. Manual control mode: manual operation controls the start and stop of the metering pump to add medicine
2, time control mode: use microcomputer time control switch to control the metering pump at a fixed time to open and close, to achieve timing dosing.
3, indicator control mode: with water quality indicators, such as PH value, ORP, conductivity and other changes to control the opening and closing of the metering pump.
