Product Overview:
The cyclone desander is made according to the principle of screening when the solid particles in the fluid rotate in the desander. It integrates cyclone and filtration, and achieves remarkable effects in the field of water treatment such as sand removal, turbidity reduction and solid-liquid separation. Widely used in water source heat pump, water external treatment, food, medicine and other industrial sectors. How it works:
The cyclone desander uses the principle of centrifugal separation to remove sand. Since the inlet pipe is installed in the eccentric position of the barrel, when water enters the pipe through the cyclone desander, it first forms an oblique downward surrounding fluid along the tangential direction around the barrel, and the water flows downward. When the water reaches a certain part of the cone, it turns upward along the axis of the barrel, and finally it is discharged through the outlet pipe. Under the action of fluid inertial centrifugal force and its own gravity, the impurities fall into the slag bucket at the lower part of the equipment along the cone wall, and the lower part of the cone is provided with components to prevent debris from rising upward. When the debris accumulated in the slag bucket reaches a certain extent, as long as the manual butterfly valve is opened, the debris can flow out of the swirl sand removal device under the action of water flow.
Whirlpool desander is based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation and density difference. When the water enters the equipment tangentially from the desanding inlet under a certain pressure, strong rotational motion is generated. Due to the different densities of sand and water, the water with low density rises and is discharged from the outlet under the combined action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid drag force. The dense sand is discharged from the sewage outlet at the bottom of the equipment, so as to achieve the purpose of sand removal.
