It is mainly responsible for the "Four Streets and One Street" of Dongcheng Street, Nancheng Street, Guancheng Street, Wanjiang Street and Gaobu Town in Dongguan City. The town's domestic waste is treated harmlessly, with a daily processing capacity of 3,000 tons and an annual power generation of up to 530 million kilowatt hours. The IAT high-speed microfiltration filter uses polymer microporous suspended particles as the filter layer. It is a new type of filter that has both the high flow rate of a media filter and the high precision of a microfiltration filter; it is different from traditional filters. IAT high-speed microfiltration filter adopts upflow filtration, and the system has strong anti-fouling ability. During backwashing, the filter is cleaned by stirring the filter layer with a stirrer. Compared with the water flushing and air scrubbing of traditional filters, the effect is better. Wash more thoroughly. IAT high-speed microfiltration filter has the advantages of large unit processing capacity, high filtration precision, small floor space, low backwash water volume, and low operation and maintenance costs.

For the treatment of circulating cooling water sewage in this plant, the designed water volume of IAT high-speed microfiltration filter is 40m³/h. Practice shows that the turbidity of the system effluent is less than 0.5NTU and the SDI is less than 10. All indicators fully meet the membrane system treatment standards, and the entire The processing cost of the system is only 0.001 yuan/ton.

Compared with traditional filters, IAT high-speed microfiltration filters have the characteristics of three highs, three lows, and never to be replaced:
