Flue Gas Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment System Project in Jiangxi Fengcheng Power Plant

Project Background:

Jiangxi Fengcheng Power Plant is equipped with two 700MW coal-fired generating units. The desulfurization process adopts the limestone-gypsum method. The desulfurization wastewater generated by the system is directly discharged into the slag water system of the slag scooper without treatment. Due to equipment corrosion and environmental protection pressure, the power plant plans to build a new desulfurization wastewater treatment system.

Solution:

Beijing Huade Chuangye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., as a leader in flue gas desulfurization wastewater treatment technology, undertook the desulfurization wastewater new treatment system project of the plant. The company used its self-developed HDCY integrated treatment equipment and provided services such as equipment supply, on-site construction, installation and commissioning. The project successfully passed the 168-hour trial operation and quality acceptance on April 12, 2019.

HDCY Integrated Treatment Equipment:

1. Composed of a high-efficiency reactor, two high-efficiency cyclone clarifiers and a precision interceptor
2. Designed processing capacity of 30m³/h
3. Installed outdoors, with an installed power of 19kw and a footprint of only 40㎡
4. The whole system adopts DCS centralized control
5. The effluent suspended solids are less than 53 ppm
6. All kinds of heavy metals, sulfides and other pollutants meet the standard water quality requirements of "DL/T997-2006"
7. The treated clear water flows to the clear water pool for reuse, and the underflow with a concentration higher than 25% is pumped to the underflow box of the gypsum cyclone to mix with the gypsum slurry, and then further dewatered by a vacuum belt conveyor before being transported out.
